What are the corona regulations for entering Indonesia (international travel)?

  • Passengers must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure. The certificate must be issues in both English and the local language of the country where passengers were vaccinated. This does not apply to: nationals of Indonesia, passengers younger than 18 years, passengers with a COVID-19 recovery certificate stating that they are no longer contagious with COVID-19.
  • Passengers must download ”SatuSehat”, an Indonesian app.

Visa

Do I need to arrange a tourism visa for Indonesia prior to departure?

If you don’t wish to stay longer than 30 days in Indonesia, you can obtain a visa on arrival at the airport immigration in Indonesia. The visa on arrival costs IDR 500.000.

How long can I stay in Indonesia?

This depends on your visa. With a visa on arrival you can stay up to 30 days in Indonesia. Your visa on arrival can be extended until 60 days at the immigration office in Indonesia. Arranging a visa can seem difficult, especially if you’d like to stay longer than 30 days. Don’t hesitate to contact us, we’d be happy to offer you the right information for your visa.

Is it possible Go Indo arranges my international flights?

The Go Indo Team can look up and present to you a list with international flight options. You can then easily choose and book your  international flights to Indonesia. Please let us know if you need help with this.

Is it possible Go Indo arranges my domestic flights?

The Go Indo Team can arrange all your domestic flights. When you book a tour with Go Indo which includes a flight in Flores, Go Indo includes the ticket in the package price. Go Indo sends your boarding tickets to your email. In case you’d like us to book your domestic flights to/from Bali, Jakarta or Jogjakarta please let us know!

 

Payment

How do I book a tourpackage?

Receive all information by filling in the booking form above. The booking form is non-binding, meaning that after you click ‘send’ you do not make a reservation yet. You’ll receive an email from info@go-indo.com with the complete price, itinerary and list of accommodations. If satisfied, you can reserve the tourpackage by paying a  deposit(20% of the complete travel sum).

Reservation for a tourpackage chosen from ‘Sailing Komodo’ and/or ‘Overland tours’: To make a reservation pay the deposit of 20% of the complete travel sum to Go Indo. Thirty days before departure the complete travel sum must be paid to Go Indo.

Reservation for a tourpackage chosen from ‘Day tours’ and/or ‘Special activities’: To make a reservation pay the deposit of 20% of the complete travel sum to Go Indo. 24 hours before the day tour or special activity starts, the complete travel sum must be paid to Go Indo.

What are my payment options?

You chose a tourpackage and now wish to pay to make a reservation. You can transfer money directly to Go Indo’s Indonesian bank account. After payment you’ll receive an invoice from Go Indo with your payment proof. For western tourists we recommend the free application ”Wise” or former ”Transferwise”, making a safe international transaction possible with extremely low fees (for credit card and debit cards). Other international transfer options are with PayPal, OFX, Western Union etc.

How do I cancel my holiday with Go Indo?

For cancelling a tourpackage chosen from ‘Sailing Komodo’ and/or ‘Overland Tours’: In case you would like to cancel your reservation, please let us know at least sixty days before departure. In this case your deposit(20% of the complete travel sum) will be fully returned to you. In case you already paid the complete travel sum and cancel at least sixty days before departure, Go Indo will return 100% of your payment. In case you cancel within sixty days before departure, Go Indo cannot return the  deposit due to booked reservations & travel preparations.

For cancelling ‘Day tours’ and ‘Special activities’: please let us know 7 days in advance. In this case your deposit(20% of the complete travel sum) will be fully returned to you. In case you already paid the complete travel sum and cancel at least seven days before the day tour or special activity starts, Go Indo will return 100% of your payment. In case you cancel within seven days before the day tour or special activity starts, Go Indo cannot return the  deposit due to travel preparations.

Can I book a tourpackage last-minute with Go Indo?

Yes, this is possible. We understand a spontaneous get-away to Flores is tempting! Just contact us with your wishes & we make a personal arrangement for you. The payment can be done once on Flores or in advance if there is still enough time prior to your arrival in Flores.
