Do I need to arrange a tourism visa for Indonesia prior to departure?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

If you don’t wish to stay longer than 30 days in Indonesia, you can obtain a visa on arrival at the airport immigration in Indonesia. You may read more about arranging your visa on the official website: https:\/\/evisa.imigrasi.go.id. <\/p>\n

How long can I stay in Indonesia?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

This depends on your visa. With a visa on arrival you can stay up to 30 days in Indonesia. Your visa on arrival can be extended until 60 days at the immigration office in Indonesia.<\/p>\n

Is it possible Go Indo arranges my international flights?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Go Indo Team can look up and present to you a list with international flight options. You can then easily choose and book your international flights to Indonesia. Please let us know if you need help with this.<\/p>\n

Is it possible Go Indo arranges my domestic flights?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Go Indo Team can arrange all your domestic flights. When you book a tour with Go Indo which includes a flight in Flores, Go Indo includes the ticket in the package price. Go Indo sends your boarding tickets to your email. In case you’d like us to book your domestic flights to\/from Bali, Jakarta or Jogjakarta please let us know!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

How do I book a tourpackage?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Receive all information by filling in the booking form above. The booking form is non-binding, meaning that after you click \u2018send\u2019 you do not make a reservation yet. You\u2019ll receive an email from info@go-indo.com with the complete price, itinerary and list of accommodations. If satisfied, you can reserve the tourpackage by paying a deposit(20% of the complete travel sum).<\/p>\n

Reservation for a tourpackage chosen from \u2018Sailing Komodo\u2019 and\/or \u2018Overland tours\u2019: To make a reservation pay the deposit of 20% of the complete travel sum to Go Indo. Thirty days before departure the complete travel sum must be paid to Go Indo.<\/p>\n

Reservation for a tourpackage chosen from \u2018Day tours\u2019 and\/or \u2018Special activities\u2019: To make a reservation pay the deposit of 20% of the complete travel sum to Go Indo. 24 hours before the day tour or special activity starts, the complete travel sum must be paid to Go Indo.<\/p>\n

What are my payment options?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

You chose a tourpackage and now wish to pay to make a reservation. You can transfer money directly to Go Indo’s Indonesian bank account. After payment you’ll receive an invoice from Go Indo with your payment proof. For western tourists we recommend the free application ”Wise”, making a safe and fast international transaction possible with extremely low fees (for credit card and debit cards). <\/p>\n

How do I cancel my holiday with Go Indo?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

For cancelling a tourpackage chosen from \u2018Sailing Komodo\u2019 and\/or \u2018Overland Tours\u2019: In case you would like to cancel your reservation, please let us know at least sixty days before departure. In this case your deposit(20% of the complete travel sum) will be fully returned to you. In case you already paid the complete travel sum and cancel at least sixty days before departure, Go Indo will return 100% of your payment. In case you cancel within sixty days before departure, Go Indo cannot return the deposit due to booked reservations & travel preparations.<\/p>\n

For cancelling \u2018Day tours\u2019 and \u2018Special activities\u2019: please let us know 14 days in advance. In this case your deposit(20% of the complete travel sum) will be fully returned to you. In case you already paid the complete travel sum and cancel at least fourteen days before the day tour or special activity starts, Go Indo will return 100% of your payment. In case you cancel within fourteen days before the day tour or special activity starts, Go Indo cannot return the deposit due to travel preparations.<\/p>\n

Can I book a tourpackage last-minute with Go Indo?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Yes, this is possible. We understand a spontaneous get-away to Flores is tempting! Just contact us with your wishes & we make a personal arrangement for you.
